Kingdom Seeds 3-5 year old's

We have been learning that we are created in God's image. We know that God doesn’t make mistakes, this means we are not mistakes and there is nothing wrong with us. The students are focusing on the A part of Genesis 1:26, "God said, Let Us make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness", and also the A part of Psalm 139:14 - "I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made"

K-1st grade

1 John 1:9, in our Kindergarten -1st grade class we’ve walked through the creation of the world. We outlined how God used his voice to speak things into the earth and we even at our young ages have that same power. Our words have power, especially in 2020 (year of the mouth). Also, we learned that we are to worship God with our lifestyle. For us, that means being obedient to our parents, teachers and coaches.  When we’re obedient that makes God happy with us and we get blessings from Him.  Lastly, we learned that Jesus died for us, so that we may live. He is always and will always be there for us no matter what, so we can talk to Him whenever we are scared, sad, fearful, happy, joyful. No matter what we are feeling, He is there for us!!!

2nd-5th grade

We have been talking to the students about the humanity of Jesus Christ. The students realized that while on earth Jesus was thirsty, He became tired, and He also cried. Kingdom Seeds also learned about the different names of Jesus Christ and were able to share some of their nicknames. We also are focusing on the Fruit of the Spirit, Peace, and knowing that we are Peacemakers for Christ. The scriptures we have focused on are: John 4:6 -  John 11:35

Middle School

In November and December we will continue to dive into Design for Discipleship “Your Life in Christ”. We will study the Person of Christ; His deity and humanity, Christ’s sacrificial death and His resurrection. We will close out 2020 learning of Holy Spirit and how we allow Him to manifest in our daily lives. Middle schoolers will not only experience an increase in their biblical knowledge, but they will also develop a more intimate relationship with Christ. Servant leaders will be appropriately transparent with their personal lives to reveal how we have been transformed and continue to transform as our minds are renewed daily.

High School

As high school students we have been able to dive into the deity of Christ from a natural perspective. The students shared that being born into God's family is like being reconstructed, born into royalty, born into a perfect family. Their perception of God we discovered parallels the biblical picture of Christ. Our high schoolers were encouraged to be the person in their circles that initiate Christ in the conversations. And lastly we discussed the many ways God shows us His love and how we can reflect that love back to Him. They were encouraged to walk in the grace of God to be the demonstration of Jesus to their friends and family.

LET'S CONNECT

Connecting and the need to connect socially is powerful.  At Life Center International we understand that the diversity of our backgrounds and experiences have more in common with each other than we may realize.  Because connecting is essential, we make it a service to those who fellowship with us. Who you are and what is important to you really does matter here.

SERVE

To serve is critical to the growth of the local church; God has ordained it to be this way.  It causes the body of God to be in harmony, sharing the effort, creating necessary relationships and growing spiritually all for the benefit of the kingdom. When you serve it supports the undergirding of the culture of the kingdom of God as well as facilitate responsible growth. It is the key to the heart of God that all believers serve.
